Hello Gold’s Gym Challenge participants! I hope all of you are doing well and moving closer to achieving the goals you have set while participating in the 2009 Challenge. It is not uncommon for many Challenge participants to see plateaus in their weight loss and strength gains at this point in the Challenge. Please do not wait to ask the Gold’s Gym staff for help.
If you have calorie concerns, a great option would be to sign up for a Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) Assessment. This will quantify how many calories you burn at rest which takes a lot of the guess work out of a very important aspect in achieving your goals.

Meet your Wenatchee and Eastmont Personal Trainers!
If your strength and cardio routines are not as effective as they once were or are no longer challenging, then set up an appointment to meet with one of our Certified Personal Trainers. With prices as low as $40 per session you can see a trainer as often as once per day to once a quarter! It’s completely up to you. Let the experts create some variety and make your workouts be as efficient as possible. Don’t wait to get the help you need!

Meet your Wenatchee and Eastmont Personal Trainers!
If you are looking for an affordable way to work with a trainer on an ongoing basis then one option is our Group Programming. These personal trainer-led groups consist of no more than 8 people and only costs $20 per person, per session. The programs involve high energy circuit training that consists of both strength and cardio routines!
